Jack Doherty is not under a court order to stop posting

Jack Doherty was still posting at 01:18 UTC on October 10, 2026, under the caption "I'll be back soon…". He is not under a court order to stop, and the six-month term Noah Dummett claimed that morning is a private Shuffle.com clause. The contract text has not been published. Natural Nine B.V. operates that crypto casino under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1337/0628, status Active on the certificate checked October 12, 2026.

The note on that post, which we read, says he signed without reading the contract fully. He had thought the bar was a joke.

What Jack Doherty wrote on October 10

Doherty, who posts as @dohertyjackk, put the explanation in an image. The caption only promises a return.

"Hey guys, I think I actually fucked up"
"I recently signed a contract with a casino called shuffle.com but I didn't read the contract fully... One of the terms is that I'm not allowed to post online anymore, which I thought was a joke but now they're enforcing it"

Jack Doherty, in the note on his X post, October 10, 2026 (X, archived)

That note is his claim. It does not say "six months", and it does not quote the clause.

What Noah Dummett claimed about an hour later

Noah Dummett, whom IBTimes UK identifies as Shuffle's chief executive and co-founder, posted at 02:26 UTC on October 10, 2026. No contract was attached.

His post gives three lines: "yes it's real", "6 month term", and "money well spent to get this mf off the internet". The fee is undisclosed. LADbible and the Hindustan Times reported no dollar sum on October 11, 2026. Unlike what Togi has said casinos paid him, nothing here is a claimed or estimated figure.

Why this is not a YouTube or X ban

IBTimes UK reported on October 11, 2026 that this is a private clause, not a platform suspension, and that the agreement is unpublished. LADbible and the Hindustan Times cite no YouTube or X penalty. They are silent on Kick.

He posted the note himself. A suspended account does not do that.

What Doherty says the clause costs him

The losses he describes are the posts he says he cannot make, and he wrote, "working with my lawyer to try and fix this." Dummett says those lawyers want the contract scrapped, and that the money was spent to take him off the internet. Not a result to cheer.

Neither side has said a wager was required, or whether any balance was his money rather than a sponsored balance. The operator's site, checked on October 12, 2026, is 18+ only and lists loss limits and self-exclusion. This bar is not Denmark's whistle-to-whistle advertising bill, nor the UK consultation on unlicensed gambling sponsorship.

What an unpublished contract cannot settle

Doherty claims a posting bar. Dummett claims six months and says Shuffle will hold the deal. No linked outlet has the contract, and the reporting contains no judgment. The posts do not make this a court order.

Hindustan Times reported a September 28, 2026 line from Shuffle's account, "At this point we will pay you to shut the f*** up," and an October 7 sponsor search. IBTimes UK reported both dates.

FAQ

Is Jack Doherty under a court order to stop posting?

No. Pieces from October 10 and October 11, 2026 cite no judgment and no probation condition. The 01:18 UTC note claims a Shuffle.com term barring posts, and Dummett claimed that morning that the term is real. The agreement is unpublished, so outsiders cannot see whom it binds. The record is a claim, not a court order.

How long does the claimed restriction last?

Six months is what Dummett claimed at 02:26 UTC on October 10, 2026, in the words "6 month term". The note gives no number of months. It says he is "not allowed to post online anymore". IBTimes UK reported on October 11 that both describe a six-month stop. The length is claimed, not disclosed, because the pages have not been published.

Has a platform suspended Jack Doherty over the contract?

No suspension is in the reporting. He published the note on X on October 10, 2026. IBTimes UK called the bar a private clause, not a platform penalty. LADbible and the Hindustan Times name no YouTube ban and no Kick ban.

Dummett's post ends on the lawyers, not on the joke about the spend.

"His lawyers are now pressing us hard to have this contract scrapped but we will stay strong."
